Any 4-Her from within the RVD 4-H District are welcome to shoot with the us in Clay County. 4HOnline enrollment and fees are mandatory prior to any live fire event. Non 4-H youth who want to participate will be required to join 4-H and enroll in 4Honline prior to live fire.
