Volunteer Screening

Volunteers are the lifeline of 4-H.  Volunteers are vital to the success of our 4-H program.  Become a 4-H Volunteer today and inspire the next generation!

Already a volunteer?  See below for your renewal paperwork due annually!

New Volunteer Screening Process:

  • Step 1:  Complete the application.

 

 

 

  • Step 4:  Complete interview with extension staff.  Contact the 4-H Program Manager at your local River Valley District extension office to schedule.

 

 

Volunteer Renewal:  After being appointed as a volunteer, you will need to complete the annual renewal form. Every three years, the Child Abuse and Neglect Form (DCF) and Criminal Background Check are required.
